Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are the best way to quickly clean up mess. The best robot vacuums and mops that I tested had excellent mapping and navigation. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as tangled wires.
They're also easy to use using an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and track what they're doing.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop combo that has cutting-edge features, look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This premium vacuum is quick and agile and picked up human hair and pet hair almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It has a sleek app interface that includes an interactive map of your home as well as buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
The S8's Dirt Detection Technology allows it to change the cleaning mode according to the amount of dirt. It will clean its mopping pads more often if it encounters dust. Carpeted areas are given priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.
The mop roller comes with a number of other smart features, such as docks that connects to the plumbing system in your home to clean and wash it without having to manually refill the mop. You can also use voice commands with the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular controls using just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free with mopping capabilities. It's one of the combinator robot vacuums that include mopping features that are also priced lower than competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to start, including setting up an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've completed this, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop effortlessly.
It's worth noting that the mapping process takes some time and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate view of your space. In addition the detection of objects can be unpredictable It was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to flip it over to get free. However, these aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned, not just being swept. The detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach spots even robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.
This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you modify the settings of your choice that include scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and put the debris in the self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and prevents allergens from recirculating. Its battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. cheap robot vacuum features powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets, and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also has an innovative mopping technique which uses a rolling device that is continuously misting with water to capture dirt and deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It avoided the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. However, it did struggle with fine engrained debris and was not always able to clear raised room thresholds. Its operating noise level is also very high, which means this model might not be as easy to set and forget as others.
Like most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to refill its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to a routine schedule. You can control all its functions through the Eufy app. It provides a clear overview and plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top vacuums/mowers on the market. affordable robot vacuum offers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with reasonable accuracy. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones, and even modify their cleaning preferences. The Freo's brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping around it. This can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with intelligent carpet detectors that raise the pads when they're near soft surfaces to prevent contamination.
The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free maintenance centre, automatically washing and drying the mops and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins every time they are emptied.
6. S10
This robot is just a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my office clean. It can also reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to build an image of your area which allows it to know where to stay away from. And, unlike many vacuums that can mop it detects objects and obstructions that avoids things like bowls and dog toys (but not poop!).
It also has some outstanding highlights, such as a self-emptying dustbin, a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to places that other mops can't reach. You can also set your own cleaning schedule within the app and adjust settings for every room in your home.
Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. If you're looking to cut down on time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't soiled. If you have a wide range of flooring in your house and don't want to spend extra money on a Roborock with advanced mapping features it is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot is a great option to consider if you're seeking a flexible robot that can do both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy water stains. It has a range of features, including a self emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used for refilling water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's quite quiet, and it can move between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. However, it isn't able to remove knotted rug tassels, and its battery drains slightly faster than other models we tested in our tests.
With a price tag of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and handy automation into a slick design. It didn't do as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It has a range of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power which is suitable for small debris to the powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It can even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used in small areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it does a great job of navigating tight spots. It's also extremely effective at removing pet hair from carpeting.
It's smaller than the majority of its rivals however it doesn't compromise features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take pictures of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not located', so that they are not taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure and aren't connected to your account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming but isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bottom of the bot and it basically drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
